That is a long-ass form rejection for a journal no one's ever heard of. It took a little effort to find their site. Salmagundi is a salad plate of chopped meats, anchovies, eggs, and vegetables arranged in rows for contrast and dressed with a salad dressing--ostensibly, a salad so spectacular that there are like 7 other organizations called Salmagundi. WTH.
