What Me Worry?

A reader pointed this classic out!  I used to love Mad Magazine when I was a kid; it honed my sense of irony.

I always felt that mad magazine was annoying and KNOWN i see why,it's run by that kid you known in high school who thought he was funny and charming but in realty he was just a arrogant asshole.
what a painful joke this letter is and very dramatizing to the writer on top of the pain of rejections writer has this one he will never forget.

Don't be an idiot. This is perhaps the most humane rejection letter I've seen. Its lighthearted take on the crapshoot of publications makes me feel as though the editors actually sympathize. And if you can't take a joke, don't submit to MAD. Come on, people, lighten the heck up!
