I think you are absolutely right in that Random House is testing out the market to see if ebooks will sell. <BR/><BR/>I work with a research publisher and most of our books do go online. I find electronic texts much more user-friendly when I'm performing research; however, I cannot see the trade or mass market publishers moving over to ebooks entirely. It will always remain that there is something quixotic about snuggling up with a book.
