I can top this. I sent a story to Literal Latte on 6-28-07. The rejection is postmarked Aug 13, 2008. Sorry, they said, but "it takes a long time to thoroughly read all submissions." I have no fear of blacklisting because I'll never submit to them again. I'm no spring rooster; I could be dead by the time they pass on a story.
I got a rejection from them, too--but it was handwritten with a personal note.
