ReplyDeleteI think it's "Rah-SHELL" (as in rhymes with La Belle) which is really the French prononciation of "Rachel".
ReplyDeleteBecause "RAY-chell" would surely be spelled the more usual "Rachel"?
I'm not sure though, as it's not my name ("I'm Anonymous" to quote Larry David).
