This is probably an old rejection, judging by the greeting. I don't think people use "Dear Sir" any more, do they? Plus it is signed by Enormous, which is ironic since Anderson Press is so small and specialized.

The Sir/Madam form is still alive and well in the UK, at least to some extent, but I agree this looks like an old rejection.
I like Enormous too :)
